Some of the activity by the administration has been unconstitutional and many would argue grievously so, but prosecuting Obama doesn't even register as a possibility.

Like I said, no criminal statute that I'm aware of, including "fraud" for registering as a candidate with false information. Good luck proving treason. Hell, good luck getting a treason charge. There have only been 13 people ever charged with treason in the nation's history, and all those were for taking up arms against the state. None have been elected officials. Just about any actions taken by Obama during his Presidency would be absolutely immune from prosecution or civil suit, just like Nixon couldn't be sued for his official acts (and Clinton could only be sued for acts that occurred before he became President).

Talking about putting Obama in jail after his term is just barking at the moon.
