Yes you are correct that you will still own the same percentage of the corporation after the rights offering. However I don't like the fact that now you will have to put up more money (exercise price) to own that same percentage of the company. Theoritically the company total value should increase because they have more money however over time as the money is spent on drilling and other important expenses to increase company value, It is also spent on items that reduce company value like director expenses, management options, auditor fee's, etc.
Take a look at the Financial Statements to see the break down...

In 6 months time the company will still have the same properties and the cash from the rights offering spent... The Dream is that the money spent on drilling finds something that can be mined or sold to a mining company.

...They do have the one property that should begin production soon I'm told, But I was also told that property would begin production in August...

Good Luck

Method, do you still hold any Diadem? I heard that you sold all of your shares? any plans of buying back in? Diadem won't try and issue any rights offering at these depressed prices. I believe they are going to time it with a news release of gold production in Nicaragua and the magnetic survey of their diamond properties. At $0.36 x 23million shares = not much cash considering the amount of liquidation.
