Bush had the DotCom crash happen JUST BEFORE he took over ... AND, he had 911 happen DURING that first term. What Bush did during his time was amazing! Obama had the Housing/Credit crash happen 2-years before he took over ... and nothing else during his presidency . . . except for his policies!
