Jim: I don't know, but NSM took a total charge of some 25 million in association with the Cyrix merger 17.8 million of which is in operating losses from Cyrix. If one is a NSM shareholder your conjecture may sit well with them, but as for me I am sticking with the notion that it is due to Intel's aggressive posture in the market place,for what it's worth, besides I am an Intel stockholder so i got to stick with them.
