om: Matty Dee Wednesday, Dec 10 1997 12:50PM EST Reply # of 393 Guys, I have a feeling the pain is over... this stock has hit bottom, IMO. There's nowhere to go but up. Matty G Matty I wish that your statement was true but I am afraid it is not quite over yet...Look at the close today people just couldn't wait for the MM's to bring the bid to .045...And when they did, it got oversold instantly...I don't find anyone at fault for selling...The bad part of this selling is 50 percent is fear driven and 50 percent is greed driven. I am not usually a gloom and doomer type but the stock set under 5 cents all day and there was only a feeble attempt to make a run on the stock but there is just to many sell orders in line to be matched up the buyers....Sometimes you know when you worry about the unknown so long you just wish it would get here so you can get it over with and then deal with.....I am going to make a bold and reckless statement and I know I am going to flamed to a charbroil but unless you flamers have more at stake here than I and my group do, I don't care..........here goes......... There has been a lot of money made from this stock by a few people, Those people only had power over the stock to influence in one direction and that was downward....That is because they had a lot of shares and no money...Now they don't have as many shares but should have a lot of money...But there are still some loyal shareholders that are still holding large blocks of stock but are and will cave in as they see the stock drop. And the ones with the money are not stepping to buy as of yet, which is evidienced by no upticks of late. But as the stock drops, I am sure this thought has been on every shoulders mind these last few months, and that is can this sucker go back to a penny and under. You all know you have wondered and worried, I sure have. So the worry has been so unbearable I would just as soon get it over with because this is what I feel will happen....When we do find a real bottom which is anyones guess, the first sustainable rising of the price will bring out all the new money and if the company is backing it's stock with good and positive news then we will see a absoulute reversal in the price of this stock. But not until we have met the boogie man's price.....Jim
