This is very top line but spend a little time going over the document links above this page. What has kept it down here in a nutshell are 2 things. One, they botched the IPO at $0.80 pennies due to the structure of the Preferred A holders. Two, almost all the sell pressure has come from the Pref A holders. There is debt but they have super revenue metrics and business is now trending profitable, robust and healthy. Now they are cleaning up the share structure overhang with an exchange deal that management proposed to the Pref A holders scheduled to be completed by end of January. Note that Pref A's are in the hands of strong backers of the company and management feels a large percentage will approve exchange for a few reasons of which they point out in their Q3 conference call (in links above or on their website).
