Since you know Ray, maybe you could shed a bit of light:

Why doesnt Ray or someone at his office, answer questions that are emailed to him? He raises some excellent questions, but refuses to answer my questions, which I posed in a judicious tone. If he cannot answer email, I would suggest that he remove that option from his web site.

How can an individual investor consider him credible if he cannot, (will not) address the issues counter to his viewpoint?

Since you have known RD for over 20 years can you obtain the draft report which was FAVORABLE to Conseco and post it on this chat line. Then we can compare it to the revised report.

It should be an extremely interesting analysis.
