<<The trading goddess got to him finally>>...that may be, but Cramer did make some good points:

1) the MD&A section of their 10Q that came out yesterday had some cautionary comments about future growth in Asia...check it out!

2) Several other tech sectors, most recently the database sector yesterday with ORCL, have seen the sector leader be the last to announce or preannounce an earnings disappointment. CSCO's about the only networker not to do so.

3) At the present time, there's no compelling reason for people to continue the CPU upgrade cycle into P2's...in the past the migration to 386's - 486's - Pentiums made sense because the software people used ran much better on the faster CPU's...I don't think that's the case with P2's, at least not right now...while this may not affect CSCO directly, if people start to bail out of technology CSCO will feel it too

Cheers,
Wade -- still long CSCO, but with some protective puts
