To All,
Joke for the day,
Those who live in glass houses shouldn't leave thier lights on at night.

To Prudent Investor,

Mr. Allen Burditt is a consultant with Oilex. He has considerable experience in the oil industry and an extensive back ground in management. He is NOT part of corporate management nor is he member of the board of directors for Oilex. For your review under item 4 of the 10SB (Sept. 1997) Mr. Burditt owned 100% of Phoenix Reserves, Inc. a Nevada corporation. As stated in previous 10SB Phoenix Reserves, Inc. owned 8,685,378 shares of Oilex. Mr.Burditt performs services as requested by Oilex in his capacity as consultant.

Mr. Russel K Smith
South Post Oak Park Suite 1760
Houston TX, 77027

But you already know this, having been a close personal friend of Mr.burditt over many years. This leads us to the following....

Query,

Is it true your current focus in Oilex started when your friend Allen Burditt acting in his capacity as advisor to the board revived and recommended, the Company not peruse a business transaction that he believed was not in the best interest of Oilex? The Baron also has Allen Burditt's business card and you failed to mention that it states he is "Advisor to the Board." We have requested documentation on the transaction from Oilex which reflects your part in the transaction and will share when we receive. In reviewing previous
threads we see part of the correspondence was already posted by you.
Question: Why did you not post all of it? We ask, "....is your thread
participation personal or informative?" As our favorite corespondent once said, "...and now the rest of the story."

Special Special Note To All:

THE COMPANY HAS DECLARIED THE FIRST BIG FOOT WELL TO
BE COMMERCIAL, THE WORK ON THE SECOND WELL WAS
COMPLETED EARLY THIS AM. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD NUMBERS
WILL BE AVAILABLE TOMORROW. WELL FOUR, BIG FOOT, WILL
BE AT TD WITH IN FOUR HOURS.

Thanks The Baron

Whatever happened to WIN-TV and Orion Industries?

1) Whatever happened to WIN-TV and Oilex's investment in 149,200 shares of preferred stock valued at $2.5 million?

"New management acquired 149,200 shares of preferred stock in a private corporation named WIN-TV. WIN-TV is under contract to exchange its assets for controlling interest in an American Stock Exchange Company. The WIN-TV preferred stock owned by OLEX is valued at $2.5 million."

(From letter to shareholders posted by Oilex on its old home page.)

2 What ever happened to Oilex's attempted acquisition (August 1995) of Orion Industries a d/b/a of Orion Petroleum, Inc.?

A couple more questions which investors (past, present and potential future) might need to address.

To All,

1859 Marty Rubin,
Oilex is a reporting company through Edgar. The new developments will not affect the Company.

1860 Ajay,
We just might agree with you,
"BTW, Prudent Investor, I'm wondering where you are getting your numbers. Please everyone, check this for yourself - call the company or read it carefully. I'm afraid that Prudent Investor may have a personal grudge that goes beyond just a drop in price. Am I correct on that P.I.??"

See our other post.

1865 Larry Sallee,
In response to your last comment,
"Some of us on this string that actually own stock in the Company are beginning to question the motives of the many many posts by those who say the don't any at all. Larry"

We offer this famous historical quote, "No !@#$%^* Sherlock."

1867 OFW,
In response, you state facts that have been publicly filed and then turn yourself into the judge of a "kangaroo court" of your own formation. You make statements by innuendo in your questions while contradicting yourself in others. You ask exactly what the
relationship is and then state he is an independent consultant to Oilex. Then state,

"I am in personal possession of not less than two documents which show Allen L. Burditt, II, as an individual without company affiliation, operating from the same address of 3050 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 1760, Houston, Texas."

You throw a term like "company affiliation" out with no explanation or definition. We are also consultants to the Company and can receive mail at 3050 Post Oak Blvd. So what!

Baron-Marney Capital, Ltd. has offices in Nevada, California, Washington, and Montreal and retains consultants and advisors all over the world. One of our corporate offices shares space with over twenty other companies. So what!

You finish your post by "hoping we'll soon find some answers," in our opinion yours is a personal agenda not a professional one.

In Our Opinion The Baron
