I hope the SI Admins do not read this. Their surveillance of SI posts is more intense than that of NSA. They may ban you saying that you are looking for Obamacare options on SI and that is a TOU violation. On a more serious note, my brother was using the CA website to register for Obamacare and the system was hanging up on him all the time. When he called the number on the screen, someone there told him that since the site has some hooks into the Healthcare.gov, the CA site hangs up when the Federal site hangs up. Anyway he got it done via mail within a week.
