We both thought it probably belonged to the cops. It was being operated remotely, which made us wonder where from. This is a view of the canal, so we looked to see if they were on the bridge. Nobody there, so the question was whether they needed to be able to see it or not. It was only about 30 feet off the ground - just barely above the height of the houses.
