Dood......I think it's the right decision. Shanny didn't sit RGIII to start the season because there was still hope. That's gone now and RGIII was supposed to be your long term answer at QB. Shanny may be out as coach but sitting RGIII is in the best interests of the skins (long term). That said......I think Cousins is a solid QB that can fit a system. McCarthy could turn him into a stud. If it makes you feel any better we're going to be sitting Rodgers (probably) and we still have playoff hopes. What bothers me is I think McCarthy has been out coached and cost GB games this season (and for the past couple seasons). He's done great in GB but when you have AR at QB nothing less than a championship is acceptable. We did the same thing with Favre.......we never had the complete team around a HOF qb and we won only 1 SB because of it
