actually, I've been there . . YOU would be surprised how that is not the case. How envious they are of the pay in the USA for the same jobs. How envious they are of the high-tech (my field) stuff we get to work on compared to most of them. It sounds nice to repeat what you've heard or been told, but that does not make it fact unless you can say you've been there.
