I voted yes for repricing the options; however, I am very disgusted at the management. It seems that we, the investors, are penalized when stock prices move in the direction that is contrary to our expectations and the management has the option to reprice the stock if the market prices are out of the money for them. We are chastened for our investment mistakes, but they are rewarded for management incompetence and blunders. Don't you think it's sweet to get paid half a million bucks a year for nonperformance? Hope something good may come out of this meeting. Good luck to all
