I agree that this can only be taken as good news as they are trying to rid the market's of the potential scam companies out there!!!! A good and sound investment should have to apply to all the rules the big boys do. A company that is solid should have nothing to fear and this will only be very beneficial to us smaller investor who is constantly doing DD and finding it very hard to do so with the current laws. So in closing I hope you are still able to catch a wave SK by the time this all shakes out!!! I think it is extremely positive for the small investor and will only help us when researching a company and not relying on someone's good faith like we had to do at one time or another. FD CG PS It's the MM's who will suffer!!!!!!!!
