If only all 1.35 billion Chinese and 1.1 billion Indians weren't below the US poverty line, Apple might have a chance there. All the wealthy people live in the US or Japan. That's why Apple does relatively well there.

Care to explain your umbrage? I have never indicated that Apple had 0% market share outside of the US. But Apple's market share is higher in US and Japan relative to the rest of the world and yes, that's certainly true in India and China.
