Before I waste any time, not that you're interested, what source of the democrats' Iraq position in 1998 would you like it from?

Don't waste your time. Dems didn't start a war in Iraq in 1998; Cheney and company did in 2003. Its a matter of record. Now go back into your hole.

How about this one... Iraq Liberation Act of 1998

The Iraq Liberation Act of 1998 in Section 8 specifically prohibits the use of any American Armed Forces use to carry out the Act.

Yup, the Act said support anti Saddam groups but you are not allowed to use the American Armed Forces to do it. An easy vote for anyone...

In 1998 are you suggesting that Dems who signed this act were authorizing an invasion of Iraq? No, that happened in 2002 when Bush/Cheney lied to everyone even having Powell lie to the UN that Iraq had WMD so Bush could invade Iraq and get his family revenge. And 21 Dem Senators such as Kennedy, Graham, Durbin, Akaka, Inouye, Stabenow, Levin, Byrd, Leahy, Jeffords, Mikulski, Sarbanes, Reed...plus Chaffee of Rhode Island...knew better and voted NO.

And while we are on the subject...Bush also did this...after he knew no WMD had been found in Iraq, he created a video skit of himself looking for the WMD under the Oval Office furniture so he could show it at the WH Correspondents Dinner and get some yuks from the audience...yup, there he was, looking under the furniture and saying "no WMD there, no WMD there..."; very "funny" while thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis were getting killed, maimed for life and the Iraqis refugees from their homes to camps all over the middle east.
What kind of person does something so callous?
