What they need to do is put the guys that were controlling that drone and their commanders on trial for murder. Honest mistakes get made during war or war time scenarios. Always have, always will. It goes with the conduct of these types of operations. So if we are going to do them this type of thing will always be in the mix--despite our best efforts to exclude them. I think our policy has been to pay money to the victims where we have been wrong. Not a total justice, but better than nothing and possibly fitting the cultural concept of "blood money" in the Arab/Islamic world.
