I don't do any business with RJ. I'm pure technology and their tech analysts don't like living in Tampa for very long. Lots of junior folks start there and leave to go to a 2nd tier or better firm. It's possible they have an inside track on the auditor situation, but it would seem to me to be material inside information if they do. perhaps they think standard accounting isn't a key component of an investment idea. If anyone has read the RJ research, does it have comments about the lack of auditors? TD
