Absolute numbers are meaningless, given the inflation we had in the last three decades.

The only valid comparison is to give the debt accumulated by each president as a percent of GDP. Also, the Obama number is wrong, because it includes the fiscal year 2008 debt, which should be assigned to the second Bush term.

Inflation-adjust those figures! Compare them to a percentage of the then-current GDP's, the only meaningful way to compare them.
