Yes, that's what it looks like to me... and the NYSE Composite Index is a composite of about 1580 stocks, so it should be a highly reliable sample of stocks... it looks like it broke out higher and has now come back to test that break out level, now becoming the support line, for the second time before yet another launch higher...

Here's the Russell 2000 as of yesterday's close... notice how each of those previous lows has a doji or two before the next imminent launch... and so why should this time be any different??? Probably because it's not any different... but the FED taper thing has everyone in a panic... go figure...
