The article says something about the opposition coming from Rep senators up for reelection in 2014. But it looks to me as if it's a bit broader. I don't, for instance, think Ayotte and Corker are up for reelection in 2014. Don't know about some of the others listed there.

But otherwise it's the same ol', same ol'. I suspect McConnell will find enough votes for it to pass. But he will definitely vote against it.
