I called Vivus and could only get through to someone taking messages for IR. They are being deluged with calls. Incredulously, they are not planning to do a conference call. I asked the person who answered to please get the message to someone that a conference call is the only way to limit continued damage to the price, and from a potential lawsuit. She said she'd "pass it on."

Where is Dr. Bond????
