<<What gets me is that Nomai has to have some set to think that they can pirate IOM's technology and get away with it>>

That's why IOM accused them of being a parasite (sp?) in a court filing a while back. These guys should and deservee to be crushed. They are nothing but a distraction to IOM's mgmt.,who are trying to run the company as best as they could.

Leo,

Maxell, Sony and Fuji do not have licensing agreements with Iomega. Rather they have "co-branding" agreements with Iomega. Iomega makes ALL Zip disks. Maxell and others simply put their labels on them, leading the general public to believe that the disks come from lots of sources like 3 1/2" floppy disks.

I think some of you might be a little hard on Nomai. Do you think
INTC should have the legal right to use another CPU with the same
pinouts as theirs? That seems like it was a slick move by IOM on
adding the prism later. I wonder if there are any other things
they can add. Does anyone have any insight into the NKOT vs. HP
suit?
