It's always a good idea to distinguish rumor from fact. Your language suggested you thought it was more than plausible.

True. I posted about the leaks about VZ and Sprint volume (and share) commitments because I believe them. You pointed out that they are rumor, which is factually correct. But I do believe the rumors to be convincing, for what's that's worth. If I remember correctly, Dan Hesse followed the WSJ leak of a 4 year $15B commitment with a telling non-denial.
