A couple of months ago, they announced that they were going to postpone building one that had been announced over the summer.

I have heard nothing else.

They are not shutting down the plant, just delaying the expansion by six months. (I believe that the six months is correct, but check the article to be sure.) The plant is in Northern Ireland.
