Their annual report, which was mailed out last week, shows that company had close to $420 million US in cash or cash equivalents. Creaf spent $30M on Cambridge and now $70M on Ensoniq. I'm not sure how much was spent on OPTI. CREAF will earn $65-75M in profits and interest this quarter. Add the numbers all together and CREAF is still sitting on at least $350M cash - equivalent to $4 a share.

By the way, will the shareholders meeting be underway when trading opens in the U.S. tomorrow?
