I won't bet too much on INTC price and would prefer cheap puts to catch its free fall.

INTC would take a big hit if Acer could release a well-design $199 XC. If the market take the $199 XC well, then, the Wall Street will re-evaluate the Intel earning and the value of INTC.

With its 2nd-class x86 technology, the fair price of INTC should be in the neighbourhood of 20s. Thus, I believe that out-of-money INTC puts are good investment for now.
