Once again, I only said it COULD be $39...but the backup is simple.

The stock nearly tripled in about a 5-month period earlier this year and is selling at multiples way above the historical norm for CPQ.

The stock market is currently very nervous, and one by one the tech sectors and companies are being taken apart.

There are now rumors CPQ is having channel problems, the stock has recently been downgraded by 2 large brokerage firms.

CPQ is a great company. I don't know if the stock will go down anymore. But at this point in time, with all the uncertainty and high expectations, all it will take is one little piece of bad news out of CPQ (they've had to issue press release after press release of GOOD NEWS just to hold the $58 support), and this baby will get hammered in a MAJOR WAY !!!!

That's just the way it is.

If it does, you should CELEBRATE !!!! It would give you a much better opportunity to make money on CPQ than you've currently got at such high valuation levels.

Mark.
