If I am correct the quite period for Conseco's latest offering will end this Thrusday afternoon, If Steve Hilbert is going to respond look for his response Friday morning. Knowing him, he has been waiting for Friday morning for the past 6 days and will have plenty to say!!! Time will tell, but look and listen Friday morning.

Agree. I am also waiting for a legitimate explaination, and have voiced my opinion to CNC IR more than once. I feel that if they had appropriately addressed the issues the first time Dirks made his claims, CNC share price would not be suffering now.
