The photo's you posted showed machinery made by Kuhn Farm Machinery a subsidiary of Bucher Industry.

Bucher Industries AGBucher Industries manufactures machinery and vehicles on every continent. With 10 100 employees, the Group generated sales of CHF 2.6 billion in 2012.

It looks like it is Swiss Corporation. Would love to find the financial in $US to see if this is a value buy. No ADR's are traded and stock is only available on the SIX Swiss Exchange BUCN.

It also appears that Bucher has been buying up several smaller companies in Germany and Europe. I see they also promote Smart Phone Apps that work w/ many of their Kuhn Farm Machinery products.

Maybe our resident Foreign buyer value analyst Spekulatius can shed some light on Bucher Industries AG and if it is a value candidate company.

Here is a link to their July 2013 presentation.

Here is a link to their 2012 Annual Report.

FWIW, the company pays a 2.9% dividend and on pg-10 of their 2012 annual report it appears the PE was 11.5 in 2012. This could be a good find if US shares and/or foreign shares could be bought w/o foreign exchange fees and/or conversion of $US in $CHF
