Crossy,

I like BA long term too - in fact I own some. Where do you see the stock near term? I am not a big TA guru, but looks like short term it may head lower. What is your view?

Mo does look good. I may buy some more. If it can break through 46, it should have a good run. A similar looking stock is JNJ. I own some, but may buy some more. Its flirting with new highs and is reasonably priced vs peers.

REIT's look very good in this market too. Can't trade them as much, but they should be consistent performers. Check out the chart of BXP - breaking out to new highs. My father is in the REIT business and knows Zuckerman and Linde well. They were on his board of directors previously. Word is they are top noch players.

The apparel co's look good too. DK and TOM - I own both. They are very cheap and should be good relative performers over the next year or so.

The one area I am staying away from is tech. For one, most companies are still richly priced and have a lot of expectation built in them, and two the sentiment is unfavorable. I will let the air come out of them and bargain hunt in a few months. I still own INTC and MOT, but sold some of the more speculative ones.

Sorry to go on and on - but this thread has been quiet and I'd like to stir up some ideas.

Mattie
