Dan,

No point in even trying to find the posts -- they've been 'jilled'. When the webmistress determines you have done something 'offensive', the posts are removed. Don't ask me how I know that -- oh well ask me -- I was dubbed 'vulgar' because of a remark about a candy bar in a swimming pool, sophomoric yes, vulgar no way. The bad news here is that all 'offending' posts are removed, so you can't even see what was deemed 'objectonable'. I sent the webmistress an e-mail asking for a defination of vulgar several weeks ago, so far I have yet to receive an answer. If I do get an answer, I will be very suprised.
I don't know if we can help Columbo, but it might be worthwhile to ask the webmistress what the 'rules' are -- other than it's our ball, you will play by our rules, which we will make up as we go along, or else.

Regards,

Rich

Dan,

I follow the OVIS/RMIL thread (although it's difficult with the volume of posts). It's almost as fun as was watching the Bre-X saga unfold. Columbo apparently hacked RMIL's website and posted private information obtained there on the RMIL thread. The posting spanked a hornets nest of outrage and legal threats there, and the offending post, along with Columbo, was removed from SI. I agree with him that there is probably a big scam there, but also thought when reading the post in question that he probably screwed himself as well.

Regards, JB

Before you start a campaign to get Columbo back on SI, you might want to examine his behavoir on the RMIL thread and its' implications. Columbo posted the names and addresses of RMIL shareholders on the RMIL which he hacked from the co. web-site.
I can sense the condescending attitude toward the OTC BB, which, in the end , was Columbo's demise. He felt himself superior to the investors, who were well informed about their co., his arrogance did him in.
, I would hope that you would understand that RMIL shareholders, though a poor pink-sheet, deserve their right to privacy. Columbos' political 'act' was a gross mistake.
'if you're ever slumming it!,

Dan,

Columbo broke into RMIL's private websever, downloaded and copied a list of shareholders who had requested investor packets and posted their names and addresses.

Not very smart, nor very ethical.

Don't know the guy, or of him, but I know I don't condone those types of shenanigans no matter what your personal feelings are about a stock.

BTW, I'm a RMIL "Nay".

Regards,

Ron

What he did has been removed. Too bad because the bulk of his posts prior to his interest in RMIL didn't make it seem like a bad guy. I realize this is his turf, but I will protest, as will at least 20 others he attacked, his reinstatement ever. Sorry that more people have to be brought in to this as it is already a crazy out of hand situation. I'm sure if he emails you he has told you his side of the story. My email is in my profile for anyone that feels it important enough to involve themselves and cares to hear the other side.

Happy trading....
