I ended up splitting the TPZ proceeds between OHI and HCN. Between the two, I replaced the dividend income from TPZ and now have the potential for dividend growth.

I already had as much OHI as I wanted, but they still look good and I can use this added on piece as an intermediate term trade, if I have to.

You know, I didn't even know the dividends have been rising with ETO. I thought it was like TPZ where the dividends were flat. Shows you how often I looked at it, eh? ... Ha!

Normally I keep up with the dividends but I didn't have ETO on my dividend list since I didn't expect them to raise it. It's always been profitable for me so I simply ignored it.

FYI ..sold COP out of 5 or 6 major oils . Part was the lower yield and part intuition. I rolled the gains into XOM. On balance I've taken my gains out.
