Pat, Re <I understand all board members were required to tender.> The words are soft and do not say that board members are required to tender. On page 14, "To the best of the Company's knowledge, to the extent permitted by applicable securities laws, rules or regulations, each executive officer, director and affiliate of the Company presently intends to tender in the Offer all shares held of record or beneficially owned by them."
