Cheryl Hello..

I just did some research on the NASDAQ web site and looked at some of the requirements for listing. There are 2 exchanges for those who dont know.. the NASDAQ National listing (the NASDAQ Microsoft, Intel, etc are on) and the NASDAQ Small cap, a separate exchange..smaller issues but also a part of NASDAQ.

Anyways, when reading I noticed the requirement for minimum price to get listed.

On the NASDAQ national exchange the price is $5 minimum.
On the NASDAQ small cap exchange the price is $4 minimum.

But on the board, I read about Ira saying they are looking for a $3 minimum to get listed. The next time you speak to him could you clarify this issue? And also do they plan on going to the national or small cap exchanges once they do list.

Thanx for your good work.

Mark

I have not been successful in contacting Bluemountain, I left my server contacting them for 10 minutes but they don't respond, I tried contacting them last night also with no result. Thanks.
