All: I have bought some more shares in the middle $6 range. I saw their 15 million records in the Work Number data base (50% growth so far), and I just realized that Peoplesoft is a partner of Talx (I was afraid of PSFT eating them alive). I like the cheap price too. I figured their book value is $4/share, down side from here will be very limited. Company is still growing fast and bear no debt at all.

With more and more records in their data base, I figured their profit margin has to go up in the future. So I am expecting a good earning announcement too in January. But to be frankly, I don't know the reason to the recent stock price weakness. Only possible reason I can think of is tax selling by those Microsoft momentum players, who bought TALX at $9~$10, now trying to get rid of them, as a dog, for tax deduction.

Any other opinions out there ?
