i am not sure when, but it should be soon. not much is up today. breadth is very negative. could it be the start of a bear market? i really don't think so but you never know.

The FDA has until 12/31/97 to take some kind of action (ie announce an Advisory Panel hearing, request an extension, approval or denial of the NDA etc.) Since they have still not had an Advisory Panel hearing there is a possibility they may just approve Provigil this month. The FDA also has a habit of approving drugs at the end of the year. This is why many feel that the FDA may approve both Myotrophin and Provigil this month and that would be unbelievable. But we can dream. Good Luck all.
