yeah, I noticed that the main usual suspect was getting back into his annoying Charlie Brown mode, and in the last hour or so has disappeared again

They did get lucky not having to deal with it during the AGM. It would have been an entirely different presentation. How they thought it would remain secret though is astounding. They should have taken the opportunity to get in front of the issue, now they look like they were hiding it.

Time to remember how that FOIL process works...
