Science says you are wrong. Two examples:

1) Science has a term Knowledge Directed Perception (KDP) which says the more you learn the more you can see and understand. Think of the mind as an inverted pyramid. As you learn your peripheral vision widens.

Rich kids start school hearing a million more words than poor kids. It givens them a huge advantage in school. The Peabody experiments going all the way back to the 30's in the south proved that.

They noticed the black kids were tailing behind the white kids. When they gave black kids a good meal and early education they caught up to the white kids intellectually.

2) Scientific American and Malcolm Gladwell both talk about developing "an exepert mind". It takes 10 years to develop an expert mind. They used chess players. They found the expert mind does everything better and faster.

You don't seem to understand the mind is like the body. It has to be developed. When I was 65 I could out bike most high school kids easily. It sure wasn't because I was genetically stronger. It was because I have exercised my whole life.

Look how many old guys can outrun kids long distance. The mind works exactly the same way.

Even at 72 I can still outplay almost all kids at poker.

It is the effect of the culture not the education.

Education simply informs you of things. It does nothing with regards to what you will want to do with that information or how much drive you will have in pursuing your goals. Furthermore education is always incomplete. If one is not interested in continuous learning, then he/she will remain ignorant as the knowledge base expands.

Your goals are not achievable through education; they require cultural and attitude changes.
