Keep in mind that there have been 293 trades so far today with 336k volume traded or an average of just over 1000 shares/trade, I see a more likely scenario with the little guy saying "Uh oh, something must be wrong... I better get out!" The little guy appears to be panicking and flipping their shares into the clutches of the MM's who are more than willing to buy them at bargain basement prices.

Just my call as I watch it trade tick by tick.
Bob

Knock off your chuckle buys! They're driving down the price!

Given the turn of events with the stock price, the company needs to issue a press release to either confirm or deny whatever is driving the price down to the levels not seen since the beginning of the year. As much as I wanted to pick up more, the fact that VLNC becomes unmarginable at 3.50 raises a big issue for me. I'll be able to cover, but would have all my eggs in one basket. May not be a bad idea long term here, but shit, short term, it's painful. (It's actually comical. Like, really, how far down can it go???)

Mooter, your positive spin at a time when the company seems to be in dire straights. Pretty tough holding your head up in times like these. FMK, where are you? Big boys couldn't have been buying today.
There were 2 large blocks that traded. I didn't see if they were a buy or a sell. Anyone know? The price just tanked from $5.41 to $4.75 in a matter of no time. There was no trend to this, just the bid brought down to the $4s out of nowhere! I've never seen such a think unless it was a gap up or down (like ORCL yesterday). What's going on???
