XPOI has 67 cents in cash left, plus real estate, plus shares in a mutual fund company... and some other minor assets.

Liabilities? None have come out of the woodwork in recent filings, other than expenses for wind-down.

I still think that the final number could be $2.50 a share for common shareholders.

Apparently, someone is buying ex-dividend shares at $1.40 a share just today, which I find very interesting.

I bought these on the 4th and received the $1 per share dividend already from my broker.
