I for one can't wait for December to be over (stockwise). Worst month in the last 15 months so far. Not sure if its tax loss season or a transition from old stocks to new stocks but hopefully January picks up for me.

If my misery helps you all feel better, I'm now negative for the year (probably like -1%) because I got too impatient with DAP and made it a huge position at high prices. I had to learn the hard way! I always concentrate or buy too little at wrong times. One stock I had 100% in a month, only a 3% position before the run-up. Another, 68% in a day (acquisition). Only 8% position before run-up. DAP: 35% position before a near 20% drop. Sure puts a big dent in my successes
