OT very Ahhh… he's a New Yorker. The hills can be coasted on either side if you've got a car. Bicycles and cab rides, not so much. Oh, I'm think more of the wide open spaces like Queens or New Joisey. In case you don't see my response to Annie, by coasting I meant "light acceleration" - it's like coasting only almost.
