And, I would never insult pigs by mentioning them in connection with you.
I'll let Jim know. He was named after our grandfather who founded the auto glass business. That's what our people do. Not try to destroy new companies by driving down their share price so they can't get needed financing.

I'll let Jim know how you feel about him. He has spoken with REFR. He will tell that I am not, he is not, and REFR is not a "pig"

I still have a Christmas card Mr. Libbey sent him from France, done by a famous artist. Our family helped build the automotive industry. Bob Saxe has developed an entire new industry in not just automotive glass supply, but several industries. Companies are building manufacturing facilities dedicated to SPD smart products. They are providing jobs, like Vision Systems in FL. The state has praised this new facility coming to their aerospace industry sector in Melbourne.

It is sad that you continue your relentless campaign to try and cover the shares you shorted in 1998. That was about 500K, it's now closer to 2MM. In 1999 the stock went from 8 to 40 in three months. Now you can short on a downtick, thanks to Bernie Madoff (the "Madoff Exemption") but you have run out of shares to borrow and now naked shorting is illegal in Canada. You only have the Madoff Exemption that will allow you not to have to follow T+2 requirement, but those shares will have to be delivered and no one sells REFR. It's a piece of enormous royalties, which will be passed onto dividends and like my grandfather's legacy will pay for future generation. Jim went to Princeton on that money. He knows as I do, when you are given something like that, you give it back threefold in your work.

You also have no float left to trade and no volume. The short squeeze will be epic.
