Did you take a poll?
Yes. Darryl Daigle did every year until he went on the Board of Directors. Even with 400K he is still buying. Also Alex Kaganowizc, whose friend discovered REFR on SI is adding to his 6 figure position.

Many of us have bought the last 5 years under 5, while the short position has grown --- most under 4.46 per share.

I advised you to cover over a decade ago. Shorting REFR is not a good long term investment. The initial margin requirement is 150% and has to remain in the account for the duration. In addition, the margin rate is much higher and to sustain this all these years has been costly. Those dead monies could have made much more money in another investment.

The hedge funds have to cover. Trying to bring in old accusations that were debunked a decade ago is their PR boiler room's modus operandi, as it haranguing and threatening long-term investors on any message board. All but myself stopped posting and I didn't post for 5 years except one or two time. You have even engaged in criminal activities involving me and my family personally.

You go on Seeking Alpha every day to bash this article, which clearly is a threat to your 2MM short position.

Seeking Alpha: September 2013 Interview with REFR CEO Joseph Harary

You've been unsuccessful in presenting a case since 1998. And hemispherx.net is not a "fraud" as you continue to claim. All your short positions have failed and you have no clients left except for the ones in this stranglehold.

You have nothing to offer this board. Your reasons for posting here are to desperately save your short positon from totally bankrupting the hedge fund(s) involved. I hope for his sake, John Griffin is not involved.

You need to go back to Anthony Elgindy's board, which you use to disseminate false information. I have no doubt Mr. Elgindy has or will separate himself from you activity. His wife will see to that. They have suffered enough.
