Martin: Right you are, but for the 3400 or so BB companies that could be expelled as "NASDAQ"/ Bulletin Board its not going to be a pretty picture. If the committee has their way, these companies not reporting quarterly, will be even harder to trade and you won't be able to pull them up on any Web Site to get a quote. I consider this extreme, but with the 300% increase in Scams with 99% of those with penny stocks, I lean a little their way. This is not set in stone YET, but looks to be a great way to keep "the very little due diligence INVESTOR" from losing his or her money.

Sorta like the Seat Belt Law, stupid is stupid does! ggg
