This guy, poccidenarri , (sounds like Farrell on SI) boasting on Yahoo (and by the way he's been posting doom and gloom on the board for 15 years only because, as he puts it, it's "fun"), is way under on his short as he taunts away. The short position is the one that's on the Bataan March. No matter how hard they orchestrate the 1/2 day tomorrow, done because the fund managers are on vacation as well as most people and they hope their dumps will take the price down, it will rebound immediately if not by the end of the day.

Nancy, I don't know Farrell, so I won't respond to that comment.

I have indeed posted "gloom & doom" for near 15 years. Look at the REFR chart. I was correct. And indeed, it is fun. I get more enjoyment from my REFR short profits than I do from my long term long investments. This may not be a great investment strategy, but I short stocks like REFR for the enjoyment value more so than the actual profit, (though I do enjoy the profit very much).

I was not "way under" on that short, BTW. I have closed it at a profit. I don't know where you get your misinformation, (disinformation, I suspect), but it is becoming rather tiresome.

Will I short REFR again soon? I don't know, but it is always a possibility. The HTB rate fluctuates around 7%, which is kind of a drag. Still, a REFR short is so enjoyable, it may be worth it.

A search shows 8 SI posters named Farrell, and one named Farrelly. None have posted in over a decade.

I think that ND is lost in a time warp of her own creation. She truly thinks that she is living in the glory days of REFR.

She also thinks that individual short posters are collectively responsible for the total short position. (Admittedly, a delusion she shares with a number of other posters, though some of those posters and some of those IDs may be the same person).

Lots of fun watching the REFR story. Lots of fun making a few dollars here and there, on the short side.

Nancy, are you trying to say Tim Sykes is the new modern day Asensio?

Sykes site is mostly made up of day traders. According to Sykes post below one of his core longs is RFER.
He also day trades REFR. Why would you put down a long term holder of REFRMadness?

Here is the link to his post below profit.ly

$586 profit REFRLong Stockby timothysykes

Entry comments: Rebought as 5.70 support has nor held firmly, also added to my longterm position, I think this goes back to the 6s this week

Exit comments: No gap up or morning spike, gotta get out of failed trades quickly
