Yes...the last fifteen minutes is always difficult
to get a program off in. But that won't keep the
futures from trading to/at a hefty premium going
into their fifteen closing period when cash trading
has stopped.

Throughout the period following Oct.'87, the Spooz
consistently traded at or near the lower arbitrage
boundary. Today's market, and trading throughout this
year, places SP500 futures trading consistently near
the upper arb point. When barrages of institutional selling
condition the pit to consistently trade near the lower
arb point then we'll have a real bear market IMHO.

Pete, at the risk of sounding like a foolish man who does foolish things I have an unofficial forecast of Dow 4000 within 18 months. that's right you bulls and Wall St slime a 50% decline. The jig is up and your house of cards is getting shaky. ho ho ho ps this is my best case scenario the worst -don't ask-g- Mike
