People need not be worring so much about gold prices, since the Ojalali property is predominantly a silver play. Silver took off today going close to $6.00, closing at $5.90.
The silver to gold conversion that was stated on the news release was using 57:1. Since then with the decrease in gold prices and the drastic increases in silver prices, this ratio has fallen down to 48:1 silver to gold ratio, Effectively raising the initial resource estimate closer to 600000 ounces of gold.
Silver is getting a lot of coverage in the news as of lately and investors are very BULLISH on silver. All expectectation, are that we should see over $10.00 as soon as the end of 1998. That would to wonders for the stock, especially if they start minning the Tambang zone, which is exopected to start in 1998. This would provide considerable cash flow.

Also, another note of importance with regards to Golds present price, is the low cost potencial of this property (Ojalali). People are ignoring the line with regards to low cost production in the news release. Early 1998 should bring us, new resource estimates putting us far above 1 million ounces, and a predicted production cost estimate on certain zones such as the Tambang. Smiliar deposits and estimates predict under $150US and ounce production costs. The Tambang is still being extensively drilled, and new holes coming forth are proving to be equally as promising as the old ones, and in some areas even more impressive.
